Keith’s Spice Broiled Lobster Tails





  1. Split lobster tails down center.
  2. Release meat from sides, and pull lobster meat above shell.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Keith Lorren's All Purpose Seasoning and spread evenly over each lobster tail. 
  4. Broil for 6-7 minutes. 
  5. Remove from heat. 
  6. Melt butter and add chopped parsley. 
  7. Mix well and drizzle 1 teaspoon of parsley-butter over each tail. 
  8. Reserve the rest of parsley-butter for dipping and enjoy!!!
  9. Serve with Keith's Towering Twice Baked Potatoes, and a nice salad!
