Cuban Style Boiled Yucca





  1. In a small pot, add olive oil, garlic paste and saute briefly. 
  2. Add yucca and cover with water. 
  3. Add 1/2 of each teaspoon of Keith Lorren All Purpose Seasoning, Keith Lorren Seasoned Sea Salt, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer until tender about 20 minutes. 
  5. Add sliced onion and lemon juice. 
  6. Allow to simmer until onions are cooked yet crisp (about 10 minutes).
  7. Adjust flavor with seasonings, if desired. 
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
